Why don't they change the name to The Borg once and for all?

The Register has a story on Microsoft suing a 17 year old Canadian programmer for breach of copyright. The kid's name is Mike Rowe, and his website's domain is mikerowesoft.com... This reminds me of old Lord McDonald and his troubles with the fast-food chain with the same name... ...and yes, I have watched Star Trek occasionally. I am a programmer, after all
