MOSS: SQL LIKE = CAML Contains
Note to self and anyone else searching for this:
The "LIKE" operator in CAML is Contains.
Sadly the documentation on CAML is pathetic.

It is somewhat like the SQL LIKE. There is no substitution for the % operator. CONTAINS is too limited in that sense. Can't use wild characters like SQL "%"
