Basically, AmazonPayments/JungleDisk decided to charge me 8 (EIGHT!) times for the same service.

Turns out that the error here was actually on the Jungle Disk side. But they made up for it by PERSONALLY responding to my complaint, both by twitter and by email. Amazon Payments continues with their form letters.I know there's a business case for the form letters, but how much does bad PR and sour customer relations cost a company? I'd hate to be responsible for making those decisions.As I said: "too big to fail" does not apply to customer service: @amazonpayments=form letter, @jungledisk=personal reply. Guess which one I prefer?
