Turns out that the error here was actually on the Jungle Disk side. But they made up for it by PERSONALLY responding to my complaint, both by twitter and by email. Amazon Payments continues with their form letters.
I know there's a business case for the form letters, but how much does bad PR and sour customer relations cost a company? I'd hate to be responsible for making those decisions.
As I said: "too big to fail" does not apply to customer service: @amazonpayments=form letter, @jungledisk=personal reply. Guess which one I prefer?
Please contact me via my email address: jackjusino@gmail.com or call me regarding your brake failure review of Mr. Tire Auto Service Center, Columbia, MD in Dec'07.
I had a brake failure two days after having the brakes replaced at the same Mr. Tire store you reviewed. Unfortunately for me, I was completely unaware of your experience until this happened to me in April'09.
I would like to ask you about the store manager and the technician(or technicians) who may have worked on your vehicle. Based on my understanding of your online review, you expereinced two separate incidents of brake/wheel problems?
Thank you for your attentiveness and consideration. I hope to hear from you.
Sincerely,
Mr. Jack Jusino Columbia, MD 21044 jackjusino@gmail.com 443-876-4444

Nice! Glad to see Amazon still can't get this right.
