Instant gratification, Google Video style

According to the Official Google Blog: Instant gratification, Google Video style, Google Video uploads are now supposed to be virtually instant:

Best of all, you can watch and share your videos with friends and family, and embed them on blogs and community websites immediately.

Ok - maybe this is one of the many features that Google is rolling out in stages, cause, sure, the upload and processing part were short, but my video is still stuck on the verification step, which could take (and has taken) days to complete:

Submission complete; your video is currently being verified.

If there is a way to bypass this, Google ain't telling... (yet)
